Oh, hey there you are. I'm Michael, the guy that put this heap together. About me huh, hmm...
Well, I started as a real estate Appraiser in 1993 (cert. #45000017492) and enjoyed the hell out of it! I covered from Albany County, to the Canadian border and from Schoharie County to the Vermont border. However, my "specialty" was the Adirondack Park. Between appraising new multi-million dollar homes to late 19th century Great Camps and from old mill owner's mansions to HUD homes and shacks, I would often take my spare time and photograph things that caught my eye.
Well, in 2000 I decided to go back to school for a degree in Computer Information Systems and after graduation joined the IT industry with a weekly paycheck. Three years later, I was back to appraising.
After a few years of bouncing back and forth between IT and appraising, I decided to combine all of this experience with my love of photography into a business. I truly enjoy photographing homes and having my clients gasp at the results, so give me a call!
